Refund Policy

Nu Health RX offers a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Additionally, executing a cancellation within 30 days will exclude the customer from enrollment in any Nu Health RX programs for a period of 1 year.

Eligibility for Refunds

To request a refund, the following is required:

• A receipt or proof of purchase

• The invoice number

• The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date

Refunds Beyond 14 Days

Refunds may be provisionally granted beyond 14 days but will not exceed 30 days if there was a failure in the delivery of services. These cases will be reviewed and approved on a per-case basis.

Cancellations

Cancellations may take up to 30 days to process. A cancellation made within 30 days of enrollment will exclude the customer from enrolling in any Nu Health RX programs for 1 year.

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after 14 days, please follow these steps:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company—it may take additional time for the refund to post.
